There is a hero inside all of us ...

That's the quote from Spiderman 2, I watched it this afternoon after having dinner at Jaws Sushi Bar in downtown. Spiderman 2, just like what I expected, was a good movie, with brilliant twists and better storyline, including the visual effects. I don't want to put any spoiler about it here so I'll just recommend this movie to watch at weekend with your partner or friends or family or whatever. Two thumbs up for Spiderman 2, I think I will buy the DVD when they release it later on.

Oh, I was thinking about this joke when I went home from the cinema. As most of you might knew it already, that Jakarta (Indonesia's capital city) is a big metropolitan area with high level of water, air and noise pollution, it's in the top 10 list for being most populated city in the world. My joke is: Jakarta is so polluted, so even if Spiderman is swinging around the downtown, he'll die because of the pollution and hazard gas in the air". (Sorry? It's not funny? Oh screw you, at least I can make up one joke by myself) :P

But it is true! People always said that you can get killed by any possibilities in New York City because the crime rate. In Jakarta, the chance is as much as double, because not only a high crime rate, but we also have one of the poorest medical service, slow and low security service for any lawful forces all over the country (unless you're paying in US dollars lol) and we have one of the highest pollution rate in the world. So somebody could get killed by hazard smoke and gas just as much as they would get killed by gangsters, or mobs, or mugged by a sob jerk with a rusty kitchen knife.

Today I had my first sushi roll for the last one year I guess. Usually, everytime I go to a sushi bar I always order myself a set menu or just take any sushi from the convenyer belt. Mostly I would pick nigiri sushi and ghunkan sushi, but today I picked one of the sushi roll. It was good indeed. My fave? For Japanese cuisine, my fave goes to Unagi Nigiri or Unadon (if you order it as set menu). Hmm? It's a grilled eel on rice hehehe.. Yes, because I come from Asia I sometimes eat 'weird' stuff. But no, I don't eat monkey's brains or goat's penis LOL.

Hotmail takes turn!

Well, Yahoo! and Gmail have waged their wars, now Hotmail seems doesn't want to miss the chance to slip in. If you're a full subscriber (means that you pay for annual fee) with Hotmail, they give you a bigger inbox than Gmail. You can have 2 Gigabytes! Damn, that's pretty nice, and they don't scan your nasty email or digging up your dirty little secrets. LOL. I think that's a good deal as now more people using Yahoo mail or Hotmail, it will be easier for your friends to remember your email. But if you're comfortable with what you have at the moment, then don't worry about this.

Go Maria!

So last night I switched on the TV and found that Maria Sharapova was at quaterfinal match with Japanese female tennis player, Ai Sugiyama. Of course, because she was having my full support, Sapharova won the battles in 3 sets hehehe.. the score was 5-7, 7-5, 6-1. It was very hard for Sharapova to beat Sugiyama. Even her world ranking is at number 13 while Sugiyama is at 11 at the moment, that 2 points between their ranks doesn't mean is an easy job to handle. At some moments Sharapova were too fast or too weak to return the ball. But.. she won it anyway! She might meet Lindsay Davenport from USA. Davenport herself is in position number 5 in world ranking. I'm pretty sure Sharapova will find it hard to beat Davenport because Lindsay is far more experienced than her. But what I like from Maria is she always said that she won't give up. "I'm tough" she quoted it all the times. Go Maria!

Sharapova was born on 19 April 1987! Damn! People say that she looks more beautiful than Kournikova and would be a better tennis player than her. I'm agree with them hehehe... Oh, you can find some of her pictures on the net. :)

Late Posting ...

Ah, this is better. I'm at the computer lab now. The computers run faster here and I can enjoy the lovely LCD, rather than those computers in the library that have yucky and sticky mouse (no, I'm gonna go on details about it) :P

Recently, we have Wimbledon Open, and I found about this female tennis player from Slovakia. Her name is Maria Sharapova. I found her as cute and sexy with an above-average tennis skill (what do you expect? She's an international tennis player). Forget about Anna Kournikova, everyone knows Anna, even a third-grade kinky boy will knows her. Maria, in other hand, indeed an unique one. There are so many good female tennis players but because they don't have tight ass or big boobs people tend to know the sexy one.

Last night I was desperate to get some UO gold to buy some more rares to be added to the collections. But I think it is better for me to wait for a while and trying to sell some more sh*ts otherwise I'll end up in a big debt to my friends. :(

Anyway, I publish this from my home. I was kinda rushing to go home. Oh, we watched Mean Girls, starred by one of the hottest teen movie star (well, at least that's what I think), Lindsay Lohan. At last, we have a teen movie, not about some pshyco running wild with a butcher knife or chainsaw, nor about a poor prince charming went to a college and trying to be a common person (if you think I'm talking about Prince and Me, then you are wrong) hehehe... Mean Girls is about simple topic that we found everyday in our daily life. Since we were young, we've seen, done or felt about what they tell in Mean Girls. It's very good, I recommend it to give it a try, besides, Lohan is one damn cute girl that still exist in this mean world. :P

Are you a Yahoo! ?

Well, the war between email providers had begun ages ago, but this time they declare it on different issue. As we all might know it already, Gmail offers a storage capacity for 1000 megabytes or 1 gigabyte!! Hell, some people even only have 8 gigabytes in their HD. With that size of storage you can still keep your collection of pervert emails. From what I heard and read, Gmail (which is formed by Google) will scan every email you get, then they will show you in the banner about things based on the content of each email.

For some people, this is kinda silly, even we all know that the scanner only a machine or program that won't have personal reaction to some kinky or dirty words in the emails (hehehehe...) but still, we always want to have the feeling that we are the first one who read every email we got.

So, if you prefer big storage for free, you can go with Gmail, but if you still want to have a very secure privacy about your email, you can stick with whatever email provider you are with at the moment. I haven't got any account with Gmail but I might have one or two just to store some of my sh*t in there (no, I don't collect kinky and pervert emails).

There is one thing that keeps me wondering. What will happen if someone send you an email to your Gmail account and saying some extra-ordinary words such as: "nuclear bomb"; "biological weapon"; "VX-gas"; or "napalm in the ground zero". LOL. I'm just wondering what kind of advertisement that will pop-ups to your screen when you read this kind of email.

I'm just waiting for Hotmail to be involved in this unpredictable-long-without ending war between email providers. What will come up next time? Email that can has smell? LOL.

Damn, I gotta log out now, the library is closing. I'll be back online again (as usual) tonight.

Shrek and Pothead!

Booyaa!! The time: 0533 am. I was about to post since Monday and Tuesday but too bad I keep forgetting and some things (somehow) always coming along the way. On Monday, I hit the town with my girl and Irwan. He's one of a kind friend which you won't get so often. He's smart in politic, which I find him is a very good companion to talk about current affairs especially, politics as you might guess it.

After a freaking very late lunch, he went home so me and my girl decided to watch Shrek 2, it was a hillarious movie. I expected it would be a funny movie. But what I got was more than what I was expecting. The script was so brilliant, they can mix recent things with medieval thing. Like one of the scene where Shrek was chased by the soldiers, they were running down the town, tearing up the crowd. And guess what, the soldiers requested an air support.

The storyline is simple but very funny, and the pictures were freaking awesome! They made (God knows how) the graphic so beautiful. Some of the scenes that I spotted that night was the hair of Prince Charming, it looks really, soft and loosey (he's really a pretty boy lol). Then when the raindrops fell on Shrek's skin, you would see if it's like a real thing. You gotta watch this! I was cracking all the time that almost made my crying hehehe... My rate goes for 9/10

Then yesterday, I watched Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Since I'm not a true fan of Harry Potter (I always joking with my girl calling him Harry Pothead), I feel it's better than the first two movies. Of course, as we move into a more advanced society, majority of the movie was twisted and formed by CGI (Computer Graphic Interface). But what can you expect? To make a hell good movie about medieval you have to put some things that can only be made by computer graphics. My rate for this one is 7.5/10

Ok, now, any question? What? What am I doing at this time? Oh I slept at 1000 pm then woke up around 0200 am. I was reading Ralph, they have interesting stories in every issue and they also put some gorgeous, good looking, nice boobs, soft skin babes (the description can reach a page long, so I just the summary them.

I've got the result for one of the subject I take this semester. Somehow (again, God knows how), I've achieved 83.7% for it. OMFG (sorry, Lord), I mean, OMG!! We got 16.5/20 for the report (we forgot to sign the stupid report) and 7.5/10 for presentation. Woot!! I'm gonna email my tutor to ask my individual mark. Fingers cross!!

24 is not enough ...

Indeed, 24 is not enough. No, no, I'm not talking about the 24, what I mean is that having 24 hours in a day is not enough! (well, at least that's what I feel). Oh, I've finished watching the two seasons of 24.

Especially if you have so many interests, so many jobs to do in a day. Even if you want to spend one whole damn day at weekend, it's still not enough. In my case (where I spend a lot of time reading), sometimes I need another 6 hours rather than 24 hours hehehe...

Believe it or not, I have quite a weird taste for reading. I still have 4 books about science mainly focussing in time travel, 2 books about terrorism & global politic affairs; and disputes in Indonesian Police Forces. Also I stil have one thick book about Cybershock, some magazines, a half dozens of novels. *sigh*

To make it worse, I do spend time too reading forums on the net. Sorry? What forum? From general forum to games forum, and computer forum. See... I'm desperately need more hours in a day hehehe..

On average I only get 6 hours sleep, that's a good sign tho. I used to sleep only 4 hours max, even I used to sleep once every two days. I felt like a zombie hehehe...

But this makes me wonder and realize that sometimes we have to restrain ourselves. So now I spend less time reading novels and some comics. It's something you have to sacrifice... Anyway, today is so damn freezing! I don't know how long I can survive this hehehe, the weather is so cloudy and the temperature always dropped under 10 Celcius every night.

Now, UO News! At last! I can buy the Red Scimitar of Neira the Dread Lady in UO Auction for 3 million UO gold. It is a bargain price as we cannot obtain the item anymore.

Oh, I watched Basic last night. Starred by John Travolta and Samuel L Jackson. It is a good movie but I don't quite catch the ending. So if you understand its storyline so well, I beg you kindly to explain it to me..

I'm in limbo ...

Well, here we go again. I haven't written anything for almost 2 weeks (prolly over than that). I was having a condition that based on my own term as 'limbo'. When I feel this, I just don't have any motivation or urge to write anything hehehe...

Rainy day with black clouds and so cold! Anyway, I'll write again either tonight or tomorrow...

The library is closed!

I couldn't f*cking believe it! I went to the uni at 1645 p.m. just to find a security lady that told me the library is closed! #$@!*

So I came down here through the shower rain just for nothing! Dammit! I gotta go to uni tomorrow to get the books then, otherwise I'll f*cked! Now I'm stuck in the lab while the rain pours slowly outside. My girl got me a list of some foods to buy. Prolly I'll entertain myself in Mc's D then!

If I knew that I'm gonna be too late to borrow some books, I'll just stay at home, jumping a champion spawn in UO!!

I'm just trying to find the reference numbers for the books then, so tomorrow I don't have to do it here. I might get some competitors trying to borrow the damn books! What a day hehehe...

Haircut!

Today, after having lunch with Za and my girl, we went to downtown. Nothing much to do, so I got my haircut. The lady in there was already forgot about me, coz the last time I went there was around 8 months ago! LOL. She keeps teasing me and asked me to get a short hair. She kept insisting me that I'll look even better! Hehehehe...

We passed by the cinema, trying to watch Troy but we didn't have much time left. We promised to go to Za's house to spend the evening there, playing monopoly (this time is really sux nuts for me, losing a lot hehehe)

It was around 0030 a.m. when we reached home. I was thinking to watch 24, but the boss called me to 'jump' a spawn. Spent freaking more than an hour just to kill the stupid champion. Got so dull scrolls LOL.

Oh, I finished watching Schindler's List last night. It was f*cking cool!, I don't care if you like drama movie or not, but you gotta watch it whenever you have chance! It's a very touching movie, the best drama movie I ever seen! Luckily I didn't rent it, but I bought it!

I went to EB shop at town today, to ask about the newest Ultima Series, Ultima X: Odyssey. Guess what? They postponed the release date until September this year!! #&*^@
I hope the game is a real thing!

Tomorrow I gotta go to library to borrow some law books (how boring is that??), and prolly I'll try to join the UOHOC chat. I'm hoping to throw some silly questions to UO Developer Team Hehehehe...

Cold Wednesday ...

As expected, today is another damn freezing day! The weather seems wicked, calm but deadly cold. If I ever happened to stand outside only wearing my underwear, my body will go blue in 15 minutes (What are you laughing at? Wanna proof? Go do it yourself and take picture) hehehe...

Today I went to Jaw's Sushi Restaurant (again?! Yea, so? They have nice meals!) with Za and his sister. I had a Sapporo Beer, imported beer from Japan. It's pretty nice and they come in a can of 650mL like having a full pint!

After dinner I was about to go home coz we missed the session for Troy, and we ended up watching Van Helsing. It was good, it has my two fave movie stars, Hugh Jackman and Kate Beckinsale. Both were great in that movie, and Kate was superb. She looks elegance, cool and mysterious. Her skin looks so damn great! Rumour said the Jackman will be playing in Star Wars Episode III. Wow, that should be a great movie not to be missed.

My girl bought me two-seasons DVD set of 24!!! OMG! I'll watch it at weekend or perhaps after finishing exam on Tuesday. (What? No spoiler? Oh cmon, gimme a break!)

Anyway, I gotta eat my supper then hit to bed. I promised Za to have lunch at Munch Terrace (Asian Cuisine Restaurant) just around the corner.

Ronin

Yesterday, after finish from university, we went to downtown. Having lunch in Jaws, the best sushi & tempura restaurant in town. We were about to watch Troy. In some websites you can even download some of the pictures, posters, and trailers.

So last night we went to Za's house. Had some Noodle Box and watching his lovely Foxtel, after that we spent the rest of the night playing Monopoly. I won it yay!

Oh, I bought Schindler's List, a story about a man name Oskar Schindler who saved around 1,100 Jews from the wraith of Nazi. I saw the other TV Series DVD in the shop yesterday. It is 24, I think I might buy em.

Ronin? Oh yea, Ronin actually a Japanese word. It means "masterless samurai." A ronin was a feudal era samurai who was not employed by a damiyo (feudal lord), as was the common practice of the time. In contemporary times, the term "ronin" evolved to refer to Japanese students who, like wandering samurai who did not belong to any organized group, had failed their first college entrance exam and were left unemployed and not attending school. I got the definition from AnimeNation, it's very good website including forum, links, contests. Highly recommended if you are an anime fan.

Ronin itself a story about 5 men from Cold War. These guys are mercenaries who will work for the highest bidder. The movie is very good I think. It has Robert De Niro and Jean Reno in it. The good thing about this movie is that it makes us keep guessing who the bad guy was, what they'll gonna do next, how they gonna finish the task. And it has one of the amazing cars chasing I ever seen! What I mean, it looks so real and so damn good. Watch it if you have any chance.

Oh well, I gotta wash the dish then watch the DVD.
