Morning Breeze ...

This morning I woke up and it was damn freezing! Are we at winter yet? Too soon I guess. Oh well, they said the current weather is dropping pretty fast. Yahoo! has a quite good weather forecast, and it said that in the next four days we're gonna having temperature as low as 4 Celcius. Fabulous!

Yesterday was so quiet. And the weather was pretty nice, cloudly and windy. Just reminding me of a movie I watched last week, The Day After Tomorrow. It tells you about the effect of global warming that is happening now. I think the movie was great, even for my opinion it concentrated more on Dennis Quaid, rather on the disaster itself. But it was very entertaining and gives us some good message.

The funny thing was, after the movie finished, there was a guy who sat two rows in front of me starting to stand up and talk loudly. He said he was from Greenpeace, he was trying to tell the rest of the audience, that the global warming is a real thing. He said that they got information from so many resources that global warming is a hidden threat to the world and might cause the impact that we just seen in the movie. Poor him, not many of us were listening to him. But I admitted he had a good effort tho.

Last night I watched an pretty old movie (made in 1997), An American Werewolf In Paris. It was good and had a great visual effect for an 1997 movie.

Today I have no exceptional plans, prolly get a haircut. It's too long and sometimes bothering me when I'm eating. I just need to go to EzyDVD to complain their products. My girl recently bought the complete series (season 1 to season 5) of Sex and the City. But the first CD for season 2 didn't work. It might caused by the region setting or the product itself is a fault.

Anyway, I'm at the university at the moment, and the weather doesn't look very good. It's like looking at a grumpy old man. So it's not a promise that we'll go to the DVD shop if the weather going nuts. I just really want to have a good breakfast at Mc Donald's, I miss their muffins and big breakfast. Reading their Core Menu Items by Ingredients just gives me a torture hehehe...

That's it I guess, I might login again tonight if I have any exciting news.

"Isn't it interesting that the same people who laugh at science fiction listen to weather forecasts and economists?"

Moment at dawn ...

Well, here I am, 3 hours before dawn reaches us. After shopped in the oriental shop around the corner, we had dinner. Then I watched Cliffhanger on TV (pretty boring movie I should say).

Basically, the afternoon was dull, I just spent a time at UO Auction to check my active auctions. Sorry? Oh it's a website where users can put their items for auction. It works just exactly like eBay, where we can set the reserve price, buy-out price, bid increment, period of the auction and so on. The only difference is, we could only sell/buy pixels in UO Auction.

I tried to find something interesting, but I guess today my brain just about to halt for a day (it's weekend btw). So I moved to the sofa, watching Late Show with David Letterman, one of my favorite talk shows. It was pretty good actually, one of the guests was Bob Woodward, the author of Plan of Attack. In the book, he shares about the original plans, secrets and background about the Iraqi invasion by Coalition Troops (or whatever they call it).

Short before 3 am (yes, I'm a nightcrawler and I'm an insomnia. But, no, I don't drink or suck people's blood) I had a shower. Then for the next hour I spent the time reading other's blogs and homepage while my girlfriend was playing FairyLand (if you're female and love online games especially RPG, try this one). So I told myself "Oh well, better to find something to do otherwise I'm getting cranky again" Prolly I'll just grab a ciggy to fix myself up

Lousy Saturday

Nothing much happening today. Spent most of the evening last night playing Ultima Online. It's a MMORPG, the best one ever created! I've made an in-depth introduction about it in Webgaul, a very interactive Indonesian Forum, you can read my article about UO there.

Been playing that shit for almost two years and never thinking about quitting!

And last night we had the longest fight I ever been in UO. We fought around 5 hours. Only 5 of us fighting the whole bunch of enemies (they had around 30 people at that time). I died a lot tho but at least we won the freaking battle

Woohoo!!

At last I could the page up!
*Ahem* Captain's quarter... the time is 1546.
Can't wait until I post another one.
